VCC offers subsidized childcare education training in infant toddler and special needs
69成人电影网 (VCC) is pleased to offer a one-year, subsidized post-basic diploma program to eligible British Columbians beginning May 16, 2023.
Students need to complete the basic ECCE Certificate before enrolling and must reside in B.C. for the full-time, in-class program. The one-time funding provided by the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills would allow up to 25 students to specialize in infant toddler and special needs education.
Upon completion of the advanced diploma, students will receive two certifications to practice in the field and will have the opportunity to gain in-depth experience over four practicums.
According to the , approximately 8,600 more early childhood educators will be needed in the next decade to meet the demands of increased childcare spaces across the province. Those certified to work with infant toddlers and children with special needs are particularly in high demand.

- Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in British Columbia
- Early Childhood Care and Education certificate
Cost
With the subsidy, the tuition fee for the post-basic diploma is $3,632.83 instead of $6,770.
